If you love lamb, this is a delicious and easy Middle Eastern spring dinner. The menu has serval dishes to accompany the lamb. You could make them all for a large group or special occasion. Just one or two would be nice for simpler meal or even by themselves for lighter meal on a hot evening. Learn to make an all-purpose grilling rub with middle eastern spices, your own crisp seedy lavash crackers, homemade hummus and green herby tahini sauce and a fun twist on chocolate chip cooking using Heber & Co organic artisan halva.
