Tonight you will be outside grilling and with a spectacular mountain view. This is one of my favorite summer meals and I hope it will become a favorite of yours. White gazpacho is a classic Spanish dish made with blanched almonds and cucumbers. It might sound unusual but it all works together and is delicious along with a Summer Tomato salad. The Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb is seasoned with Garden Herbs and basted with a Garlic Confit Mop as it cooks. At the last minute we will toss Pickled Garlic Scapes, Radishes and Melon Slices on to the grill to char just a bit and to accompany the lamb. The sliced lamb and vegetables served on a long wood plank with grilled fingerling potatoes will create an Instagram moment! Just before sitting down to eat we will place stone fruit on the grill to heat and absorb flavors from the fires embers to be enjoyed for dessert with Creme Fraiche Honey and Nuts.
