Even in Greece, the sizzling summer sun begins to tone down by October. The nights are a bit cooler, a bit of fall color can be found, and fall vegetables replace some of summer’s tomatoes and eggplant. Our dinner will use fall produce such as pomegranate, sweet potatoes, heartier greens, and citrus to create the fresh flavors typical of Greek cuisine
