Summer always flies away too fast - I think it is especially true in Park City where it is comes late and leaves early. Let’s enjoy this beautiful August evening with some wonderful seasonal Italian style outdoor cooking! Our entree, a grilled version of Beef Braciole will be surrounded by a side dishes that showcase the seasons fruits and vegetables, fresh sauces and cured meats to add a pop of flavor.
Menu: Summer grilled vegetable platter with Golden Romesco and Zucchini Tomato Salsa: Twisted Trecci Bread; Grilled Nectarine, Creminelli Salami and Arugula Salad with Smokey Dressing; Beef Braciole a butterflied tenderloin covered with herbs, bread crumbs, cured meat and cheese, then rolled and sliced into pinwheels for grilling. This is a slightly more refined version of an Italian street fair food; Skewered Potatoes with Red Wine Vinegar; Roasted Beans with Chopped Herbs; Blackberry & Peach Fruit Tarts
