It is St. Patrick’s Day so in this class you will make an Irish Dinner. As delicious as corned beef and cabbage or Irish stew can be, we are not making them. We are going to explore some other Irish dishes.
AppetIzer: Irish Onion Soup
Salad: Irish Pub Salad - a crunchy composed salad with seasonal vegetables, a pickled vegetable, hard cooked eggs and shavings of Irish cheddar. We will serve this with an herb vinaigrette and warm Irish Brown Bread
Entree: Guiness Glazed Halibut with Carrots
Side: Potato Cakes with Wild Mushrooms
Dessert: Festive Meringue Stack with Five Acres Irish Cream
