In this class, you will savor the evening with time spent cooking and sharing a meal with friends - old and new. We will make delicious and unique dishes on the grill and smoker that make the most of summer ingredients from local farms and ranches.

Appetizer: Pimento Cheese & Corn Bread Toasts and Smoked Deviled Eggs
Salad: Yellow Vegetable Summer Salad with Lemon Chive Dressing
Entree: Smoked Roasted Baby Back Ribs with BBQ Rub, Cider Vinegar Mop, and Cider Rum BBQ Sauce; Grilled Potato Skewers
