The Beethoven Festival of Park City is Utah's longest running classical music festival. Outstanding classical soloists from around the globe converge on Park City each summer to perform the masterpieces of chamber music for intimate audiences. Concerts are presented in comfortable, accessible venues chosen for fine acoustics and great atmosphere. The Festival concerts continue to garner excellent reviews from music critics and audiences alike. Concerts presented include concerts at the Park City Community Church, Temple Har Shalom, the City Park Bandstand, Miners Park Stage on Main Street and salon concerts presented in beautiful homes. Founded in 1984, the Festival exists in much the same format as from the beginning, utilizing bringing the finest musicians together to work in residence to produce three to four concerts each week during the Festival, along with extra concerts presented for under-served residents in senior community homes.
