Join Pam Woods, Certified Sommelier from Park City Wine Club and Fox School of Wine, and Linda Elbert, chef and owner of Mindful Cuisine and enjoy wine and food from the Basque Country. Discover and taste four wines unique to the region. Each of the wines will be paired with a dish characteristic of Basque cuisine that Chef Linda will demonstrate how to prepare.
