The Mindful Cuisine kitchen was closed for a week in May while we visited our friends at the their inn, Moonshine Hill, in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, a short distance outside of Nashville. Yes, we went to visit our friends & enjoy the music but EXPLORING THE FOOD SCENE was a top priority! Spring in the southeast brings an fantastic selection of fresh ingredients! Tonight we will share a taste of what we enjoyed in the restaurants, on farms, farmer markets and gourmet home kitchens. Menu TBA when we return! Guaranteed to be amazing!
