Chamber Board of Directors

The Chamber's Board of Directors is comprised of 23 elected members representing a cross-section of the businesses and professionals within the greater community of Park City. Each elected member serves a four-year term and is responsible for overseeing and setting policies for the Chamber/Bureau.

2021 Board of Directors Election

The Board of Directors Election process is an open process lead by the Nominating Committee which is appointed by the Board. The Committee is made up of current board members and members at large. Thank you to the Nominating Committee for their commitment to ensuring an open and transparent process.

Currently, there are nine board seats that need to be filled by July 2021. The requirements to run for a seat on the Board are that your company is a full member of the Chamber/Bureau and the membership is in good standing. Furthermore, the candidate must embrace the responsibility, including the required time commitment, of overseeing the organization and representing its membership. If you or an employee would be interested in running for one of these nine positions, please review and complete the Application & Memorandum of Understanding of Service. All submissions must be submitted by email no later than Monday, April 26, 2021, at 5:00 pm. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your application. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us.

  • April 6 - 26, 2021 - Accepting Applications for Candidates.
  • April 27 - May 7, 2021 - Nominating Committee selects a slate of no more than 18 candidates to put on the official election ballot.
  • May 12, 2021 - Selected candidates will be notified.
  • May 21, 2021 - Deadline for petitions.
  • June 7, 2021 - Ballots emailed to Voting members.
  • June 17, 2021 - Voting closes. The nine candidates receiving the most votes will take their seats on the Chamber/Bureau Board in July of 2021 for a four-year term.
  • June 22, 2021 - Board of Directors Ratify Election and Elect Officials.
