Trek Dirt Series

The Trek Dirt Series, which aims to "build confidence, fuel success, and enrich lives through mountain biking," is one of the world's most established mountain biking educational programs.  The series began in 2000 with three camps and a goal to get more women involved, excited, and confident in the sport of mountain biking.  Since then, the series has increased to over 20 camps annually throughout North America.  Dedicated coaches, professional programs, and supportive communities make the Trek Dirt Series camps an absolute success.  For more information and specific camp details, visit Canyons Resort's event page.
Mountain Bike Park City

The Beethoven Festival Park City - Chamber Music in the Park
When: Monday, July 27 at 6:00 PM
Where: Park City Bandstand, City Park
Head to City Park for pleasant classical works performed in a casual, outdoor setting.  The concert, Chamber Music in the Park, will feature Monte Belknap (violinist), Cheung Chau (cellist), Doris Stevenson (pianist), and festival Artists in Residence: Leslie Harlow (viola) and Russell Harlow (clarinet). Chamber Music Selections are to include the Beethoven Variations on a theme of Mozart for clarinet and piano.  Admission is free for this concert.

Stein Eriksen's Hops on the Hill
When: Tuesday nights at 5:00 PM, starting July 28
Where: Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley
Hops on the Hill returns to Stein Eriksen Lodge this summer for Tuesday evenings filled with beer tasting from regional breweries, live music, and delicious fare.  The first Hops on the Hill of the season is July 28, and will feature musical guest the Mr. Sister Trio, and Squatters beer.  The series, which will take place over the course of seven Tuesdays, donates a portion of its proceeds to Park City's Youth Sports Alliance.  The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enabling and supporting youth participation in sports with a focus on learning, competing and excelling.  The craft beer and food tasting, prior to live music, costs $40 in advance, and $45 at the door.  A variety of grilled treats ranging from $5-15 may be purchased during the free concert, as well as beverages at a cash bar.
