Going to be in Park City, Utah this Thanksgiving? Leave the turkey baster at home and head to one of Park City’s restaurants for a full Thanksgiving dinner or buffet among the company of your friends and family. This year, Apex at Montage Deer Valley is offering a Thanksgiving Day buffet.  Offering all of your Thanksgiving favorites, the buffet will include herb-roasted turkey, pepper-crusted beef tenderloin, citrus-apple glazed cedar plank salmon, yams with roasted marshmallows, apple-sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, and honey mustard glazed Brussels sprouts to name (just) a few. And save room for dessert – there will be more than a dozen to choose from!   
Thanksgiving Day hours: 12:00-8:00 PM
Thanksgiving buffet: $85 for adults, $40 for children

Brass Tag at Deer Valley Resort will be serving a classic three-course Thanksgiving for two. Menu items to include a choice of miso pumpkin soup or grilled romaine salad, an entrée of herb-rubbed oven-roasted chicken, oven-roasted prime rib or butternut squash ravioli and pumpkin crème brulee or apple cheddar pie for dessert. A la carte options are also available.
Thanksgiving Day hours: 5:30-9:00 PM, bar open 4:00-9:00 PM
Thanksgiving three course, pre-fixe menu: $48 for two

Sides, starters and desserts to-go: Leave the prep and cooking to Deer Valley Grocery~Café and spend more time hanging out with family and friends!  Order a few sides from Deer Valley Grocery~Café to compliment your turkey or ham entree.  Options include roasted carrot and leek soup, roasted garlic mashers, artisan Caesar salad, green bean au gratin, and roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash. Don’t forget the delicious desserts, including pumpkin, apple cheddar, potato pecan, apple pie, and cherry pie, cheesecake with strawberry glaze and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM on November 21 and picked up by 7:00 PM November 23

Escala will host a classic prix-fixe dinner with the option to enjoy it family-style.  Offerings will include French Onion soup, cranberry and spinach salad molasses-brined turkey with apple and pecan stuffing, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, buttermilk mashed potatoes and black pepper gravy. Top your meal off with pies and cobblers for dessert. An a la carte menu is also available. Unable to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner on actual Thanksgiving?  Escala will serve its Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday as well.
Thanksgiving pre-fixe menu: $28 per person, two-person minimum (family-style available with 48-hour notice)

Glitretind, located in Stein Eriksen Lodge, is again serving its giant, five-star Thanksgiving buffet. Buffet selections to include six salads, a selection of steamed shellfish, roasted Utah turkey, Wagyu chuck roast, lamb T-bone, maple bourbon glazed ham, wild salmon, buffalo short ribs, stuffed portabella mushrooms, parsley-butter fall vegetables, mashed potatoes, roasted yams and sweet potatoes, a kids buffet, and Steins’ Grand Dessert Display, with gingered pear and walnut cobbler, chocolate-cranberry-almond bread pudding, and caramel-apple crepes.
Thanksgiving Day hours: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Thanksgiving buffet: $75 for adults, $25 for children ages 5-12

A Park City favorite, Grub Steak, is to offer a classic three-course Thanksgiving dinner with all the classics. Start off with potato leek soup with gold creek cheddar, baby Romaine heart Caesar salad or Park City’s best salad bar. Then enjoy roasted tom turkey with herb stuffing and traditional gravy, green beans almondine, creamy mashers, fresh cirrus cranberry relish, oat-and-barley beer bread and sourdough baguette. For dessert, try the pumpkin pie with vanilla bean whipped cream or spiced apple bread pudding with High West bourbon sauce.
Thanksgiving Day hours: 2:00-8:00 PM
Thanksgiving prix-fix menu: $30.75 for adults, $15.75 for children 12 and younger

Enjoy a Thanksgiving buffet at Waldorf Astoria’s Powder Restaurant loaded with a plethora of Thanksgiving classics like roasted turkey, honey clove glazed ham, herb-crusted prime beef tenderloin, braised beef short ribs, cedar-planked king salmon, and sides including candied yams, wild boar and apple stuffing, mashed potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, and sautéed Brussels sprouts.  Other offerings to include a selection of seafood, soups, salads, cheeses, charcuterie and berries, and a delicious assortment of baked pies, cakes, pastries and cookies for dessert.

Thanksgiving buffet: $55 per person

Pie and quiche selections to-go: A favorite Park City bakery among locals and visitors alike, Windy Ridge Bakery has a variety of pies and quiches, perfect for a dinner host gift or as an extra add on to your already delicious meal. Options include tomato and spinach or ham and Swiss quiche, as well as mixed berry pie, pumpkin spice pie, Mile High apple pie, key lime pie or maple pecan pie. All pies are made in an 11-inch deep dish and can feed between 8-10 people.
Orders must be placed by November 16.  Pick-up is November 23 from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

In addition to its regular menu, the chef at Zoom will be offering special additions in celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday.
