Fall is a wonderful time of year for many reasons – it’s beautiful, the air is crisp, and it’s a sure sign that winter is on its way.  It’s also a great opportunity to indulge in the rich flavors of fall – pumpkin, spice, and everything nice.  The saying rings true for the local beers, too.  Be sure to fully embrace the season’s flavors and try one (or all!) of these Park City area fall brews:

WASATCH BLACK O’LANTERN PUMPKIN STOUT, 6.5% ABV
A fall seasonal offering from Wasatch Brewery, the Black O’Lantern Pumpkin Stout is sure to keep you warm on a blistery night. “Alone in his laboratory one stormy night, a madman crossed an imperial stout with pumpkin to create this fine frankenbrew. RED ROCK BRAUHAUS FESTBIER, 5.5% ABV
Red Rock Brewery created the perfect beer to help you celebrate Oktoberfest, Utah-style. “…brewed with the finest German ingredients and lagered for five weeks. It pours a light copper color and is very smooth and malt forward.” Available at all Red Rock Brewpubs (including Park City Junction) and the Red Rock Beer Store.

SQUATTERS HELL’S KEEP BELGIAN STYLE GOLDEN ALE, 7.75% ABV
Originally created in 2009 by Squatters Brewery, Hell’s Keep returns to the shelves with a brand new look after its brief hiatus. “Hell’s Keep is a complex and refreshing Belgian beer experience. Unique flavors and aromas created during fermentation, along with bold carbonation, produce this devilishly delicious Belgian Style Golden Ale.” Available at Utah liquor stores and area restaurants.

WASATCH PUMPKIN, 4% ABV
