Skiing makes you hungry, and it's always fun to grab a quick bite on the mountain. On-mountain dining is convenient, allows for a quick and easy return to the slopes, and you can't beat the views and ambiance.  Sure, we are always going have our favorite ski day lunch spots, but don't miss out on these four new additions to the Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort dining scenes. You might find yourself a new favorite.

Miners Camp at Park City Mountain Resort
Located on the mountain at the bottom of Silverlode lift and the new Quicksilver Gondola, Miners Camp at Park City Mountain Resort is a beautiful new addition to the resort's on-mountain dining options. The new restaurant's wall of windows offers expansive views of the slopes and allows for sunshine to warm you while sitting inside. Miners Camp's menu includes a variety of treats, ranging from kabobs and gyros, to chili and salads. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating as well as a large deck where you can enjoy a beer in the sun when the temperature allows. Park City Mountain Resort even has its own beer on tap - the One Park City Amber Ale. Miners Camp is open through the winter from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and lunch is offered from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.

JafflzTM On-Mountain at Park City Mountain Resort
JafflzTM, South African inspired toasted pocket sandwiches, are now offered at two Park City Mountain Resort on-mountain locations.  Stop by The Shack at Park City (located at the bottom of 3 Kings Terrain Park) or the Red Pine Outpost (next to the newly renovated Red Pine Lodge) to sample one of many JafflzTM offerings, which range from sweet to savory.  JafflzTM are a perfect gourmet grab-n-go option, so you won't have to miss a beat on the slopes.  Plus, they're an appropriate meal choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even dessert. Bald Mountain Pho at Deer Valley Resort
Located mid-mountain in Deer Valley Resort's Silver Lake Lodge, Bald Mountain Pho is a perfect and delicious option to warm you up during your ski day.  Pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup with rice noodles, is served primarily with beef, chicken, tofu, or assorted vegetables. Deer Valley Resort offers a rich beef broth or a ginger mushroom broth to choose from, with either thinly-sliced Waygu beef, or tofu and shiitake mushrooms.  Each classic Pho bowl is served with glass (rice) noodles, bean sprouts, lime, Thai basil, sliced jalapeno chili peppers, and mint.  Bald Mountain Pho is open daily from 11:00 AM-2:30 PM through the winter, and offers a variety of beverages and draft beer. Taqueria at Silver Lake Village, Deer Valley Resort
An exciting new addition to the already impressive Silver Lake Restaurant at Deer Valley Resort, the Taqueria features three types of tacos including beef short rib, pork carnitas, and cilantro lime shrimp. Enjoy three tacos on white corn tortillas with a fresh baby kale salad, red quinoa, corn and black beans, and an array of topping choices ranging from pico de gallo to grilled pineapple salsa.  The Taqueria offerings are available from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM daily throughout the winter season.
