There's no better time to experience Park City than in the fall, and October has it all; incredible colors, warm days, cool nights, with golfing, hiking, biking, and incredible events.

Nestled into the hills of Park City Mountain is private land owned by Red Pine Adventures. The oasis of pine trees and flowing streams have been in owner Roger Osguthorpe’s family for generations, and today, Roger offers the public to tour the natural environment through his company’s seasonal experiences. In the wintertime, snowmobiling and snowshoeing adventures are available through a reservation, and in the summer season, Roger’s thirty-some horses take small groups on one and a half hour excursions into refreshing aspen groves and atop the sloping mountainside for truly one-with-nature experiences.

Park City, Utah is the perfect place for a hot air balloon festival and every September, a weekend is set aside to appreciate these colorful giants during Autumn Aloft. Balloonists come from all over the world to show off their special hot air balloons and you never know what shape they might take, from frogs and owls to rainbow-colored marvels.

Hiking in Park City can be a four-season activity that is fun for the whole family. We are lucky to live in a place where we have access to a plethora of trails that highlight some of our best scenery from shady aspen groves, high alpine lakes, and wildflowers, to autumn leaves, wildlife, and epic views.
