Naming a business is a personal choice, and Tina Wismer’s story is as personal as it gets. "I fell 25 feet canyoneering in Pritchett Canyon in Moab three years ago," the owner of Sky Digital Media recalls. "I broke several bones." During a long, painful recovery, “I vowed to always push my boundaries and never give up," she affirms. "A dear friend constantly reminded me, 'The sky's the limit!' I never forgot that."
A Park City High and U of U grad, Tina took her marketing degree to Southern California before jobs in Salt Lake drew her back. "Then I had a wonderful opportunity to manage digital media for the Park Record, and I couldn't resist the chance to return to the mountains, my family, and spending every free moment outdoors," she exclaims.

Recognizing clients appreciated her creativity, Tina felt ready to launch Sky Digital Media on April 1, 2022. "I enjoy the rapidly changing technology and trends in digital, and I love connecting with owners and helping them grow," she says. "After seeing their hard work, it is fulfilling to play a role in their success, and as a business owner myself, I can relate.”
“Park City businesses are special,” observes the woman whose first teen job was at Cows Ice Cream (now Java Cow) on Main. “They support each other and understand the importance of community.”
Originally from Canada, Tina's family "always gravitated to mountain towns," she says. Any time of year, you'll find her out there, snowboarding, hiking or mountain biking, often with mini golden doodle Ember in tow.
Of celebrating Sky Digital Media’s successful first anniversary, "My family would say it's because of my determination," she laughs. “I say it's because I fell off a cliff!"
