I am really good at solving problems.”

That should be the first line on Julie Hopkins’ CV.

But it would have to fight for pride of place with “serves on multiple nonprofit boards,” “ran marketing for The Sharper Image,” “supports the arts,” “skis like crazy” and “fights for animal rights.”

Not to mention her amazing Park City real estate career with nine consecutive years as Keller Williams #1 Utah Individual realtor.

Julie has lived most of her life in Aspen and Park City. “The mountains speak to me,” she says, “and people drawn to the lifestyle are my kind of people.” She recalls first seeing PC when her father invested in real estate. “When I came to Utah for school, I quickly realized Salt Lake was not for me – Park City felt like home,” she remembers.

Her love for the arts has led her to underwrite film screenings at Santy Auditorium and to serve on the Ballet West Community Leadership Board. She’s also on the Board at KPCW and Swaner Nature Preserve. “The scripture quote “To whom much is given much will be required” resonates with me,” she muses. “I made a commitment to give a certain amount of what I make each year to the community and to those in need.”

“I am also passionate about travel and will say “yes” to going anywhere,” she smiles, ”but skiing is number one! I like the hidden gem of Blue Slip Bowl at PCMR, but my favorite runs are Keno and Magnet at Deer Valley.”

“I like to go fast.”

Julie, we noticed!
