This event focuses on the upcoming winter season and trends that will affect Park City's ski and tourism industry in the months and years ahead.  The keynote speaker is Nicholas Webb, who is one of the nation’s top business thought leaders and a world-renowned futurist. Nicholas will discuss how in the hospitality and travel industry, organizations are leveraging the power of disruptive innovation, connection architecture and consumerization to own the traveler relationship. He will detail how “micro-mobile moments” are costing the travel industry 30% in lost sales annually. In addition, he will describe how to leverage three simple principles to rapidly grow sales while significantly improving guest relations and quality of work life.
In addition, other featured speakers are senior executives from the two Park City ski resorts and the President of Ski Utah. They will be providing updates about each of their organizations, and their thoughts and perspectives about the upcoming 2016-2017 winter season. A question-and-answer session will follow their presentations.
Lunch is included as part of the event. The cost is $27 if registration is received by October 26; $32 if registration is received by November 8; and $45 the day of the event. Tables of 10 for Chamber/Bureau member businesses are available for $250. It is anticipated this member-only event will sell out in advance.
