PARK CITY, UTAH (August 14, 2010) - The Park City Chamber of Commerce/Convention & Visitors Bureau (Chamber/Bureau) announced today it has been selected to receive two signature meeting and incentive-related awards: the 2010 Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings Magazine and the Platinum Partner Award from Incentive Magazine. These awards signify excellence for destinations in servicing meetings, incentive travel programs, trade shows and conventions during the previous year. 

The Pinnacle Award has earned a reputation as the most credible, highly esteemed and prestigious symbol of excellence among meeting planners, the convention industry, and hoteliers around the world.  2010 marks the 26th year the Pinnacle Awards have been given, the 20th year that Convention and Visitors Bureaus and National Tourism Offices have been included, and the 14th year that the award includes conference centers. The Park City Chamber/Bureau also won this award in 2008. 

The readers of Incentive Magazine also voted the Park City Chamber/Bureau a 2010 Platinum Partner Award winner in the Travel category. The award recognizes those destinations that provide a superior offering to the incentive travel market, and is based on votes from over 65,000 Incentive readers with the following criteria:
