Family vacations are a time for fun, food, excitement, relaxation, and, perhaps, building an arsenal of embarrassing moments to use as blackmail against unsuspecting family members at a future date. Lucky for you, Park City is ready to deliver on all accounts. After all, witnessing your manly teenage son scream like a child as he careens down the mountainside harnessed into a zipline offers great storytelling fodder.

Our mountain ranges tower at 9000 feet, which, by default, allows Park City to take family fun to new heights. With snow shredding in the winter and hot air ballooning and Alpine Coasters in the summer, the dreaded "Mom, I'm bored!" statement is completely obliterated from your kids' vocabulary. Even the tiniest family members get their little senses and imaginations firing with winter and summer kids camps and by encountering clowns, magicians, face painters and more at the Park Silly Sunday Market held every Sunday throughout the summer. There's a high probability mom and dad will even let their inner silly shine forth!
