2012 Economic Report to the Governor
Published each January, this report is the preeminent source for data, research and analysis about Utah's economy. The Tourism, Travel and Recreation Industry Focus (pg 169), provides a first look at the industry's performance during the previous year, analysis and highlights of significant events, a 20-year history of tourism statistics, and an outlook for the coming year.

Utah Office of Tourism Research & Planning
An office within the Governor's Office of Economic Development, the UOT operates several programs to promote tourism into the state, including marketing and advertising, research and planning, publications, media relations and more.
