Involvement Opportunities
Events
Mixer/Tradeshows
The Chamber/Bureau hosts 3-4 mixers & tradeshows throughout the year to facilitate networking opportunities and to provide members with the opportunity to showcase their goods and services. Each event is different in size, scope and theme. Tradeshow booth space is sold to members at a minimal charge, on average $50/booth. Tradeshow/Mixers typically last two to three hours and offer a beneficial opportunity to connect with other businesses.
Business After Hours
Business After Hours Mixers provide members with the opportunity to showcase their place of business while hosting a mixer for Chamber members. Frequency is approximately every eight weeks, and this is a great way to network and bring people in to see what your business has to offer.
New Member Breakfast Orientations
On a quarterly basis, new members are invited to a new member orientation where they are introduced to the Chamber/Bureau as an organization and are given the opportunity to introduce their business to others present and to hand out business collateral.

Oakley Rodeo Social
Each year the Chamber/Bureau hosts members to a BBQ social followed by complimentary seating at the Oakley Rodeo. This event typically takes place just before or after the Fourth of July. The social is held across from the Oakley Rodeo fairgrounds at the Wentworth at Summit.
Tourism Industry Fall Forum
