As one of the most popular areas of our site, "Hot Deals!" is a place for locals and visitors to find the best deals in town on lodging, dining, activities and more. Winter/Summer Vacation Planners and Guest Services Guides
The Chamber/Bureau produces vacation planners and guest services guides for both the summer and winter seasons. These marketing pieces contain tourist-oriented member contact listings as well as area maps and promotional photographs. Planners are distributed via triggers on our web site, magazine response cards and direct inquiries, and are then mailed to targeted consumer lists and travel agents. Each planner is a high-quality, four-color piece that rivals or surpasses any other resort town planner. Guest services guides are smaller versions of the vacation planners which are distributed locally. Member listings in these publications are among the most valuable member marketing benefits.
The Chamber/Bureau's administrative staff handles email and phone inquiries, directing guests to appropriate Chamber/Bureau members. Every staff member acts as a sales person for our membership when recommending services, properties, shops, restaurants and more.
Membership lists and labels
One of the easiest ways a business can market to locals is by obtaining the Chamber/Bureau's membership list. We can provide a complete listing of our members to your business at no charge via email. We will even print ready-to-use labels of our entire membership at the low cost of $10.00 per set.
There are two visitor information centers in town staffed by the Chamber/Bureau where guests are directed to Chamber/Bureau properties and services on a daily basis. The larger, located at 1826 Olympic Parkway Boulevard directly off of Highway 224 at Kimball Junction, contains membership brochures and general Park City information. The Chamber/Bureau also staffs an information desk in the Park City Museum, located at 528 Main Street.
The Chamber/Bureau seeks to leverage its marketing dollars with the strength of its individual members to obtain the greatest universal impact. Cooperative opportunities exist for tourism members in advertising buys, trade show representation, brochure listings, international sales efforts, direct mail pieces and meetings and conventions solicitation.
Press trips and FAM tours
The Chamber/Bureau hosts a variety of journalists, meeting planners, tour operators and other media throughout the year, and members have the opportunity to provide complimentary or reduced rate services during familiarization (FAM) trips hosted by the Chamber. FAM trips often result in publication write-ups and future business for the member.
